Booking Agreement & Payment Authorization
By checking the boxes below and completing payment, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
All services are prearranged — M.E.R.C.Y INT LLC does not provide on-demand pickup.
A 5-minute grace period applies before waiting time is billed at $10 per 10 minutes ($60/hr).
Additional waiting time and any stops requested during service will be billed at the posted rates.
All payments are final and non-refundable. I authorize M.E.R.C.Y INT LLC to charge my selected payment method for the base fare, mileage, any waiting time beyond the grace period, additional stops, cleaning or damage fees, and any necessary post-trip adjustments.
Companion Aid services are non-medical in nature.
Failure to comply with vehicle policies may result in service refusal or additional charges.
Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with supporting documentation, including booking records and this agreement.
I have read and agree to the Terms of Use , Privacy Policy , Service Conditions , and Cancellation Policy of M.E.R.C.Y INT LLC.
I agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Service Conditions, and Cancellation Policy and authorize all charges described above, including post-trip adjustments. I understand all payments are final and non-refundable.
I confirm that no alcohol will be brought into the vehicle and I will comply with all vehicle policies.
