Because all services are prearranged — meaning a driver and — for Companion Aid rides — a M.E.R.C.Y INT trained caregiver are reserved specifically for your trip — payment collected at booking is final and non-refundable in all cases, including no-shows, last-minute cancellations, and changes of mind.

What You Acknowledge When Booking
All services are prearranged. M.E.R.C.Y INT LLC does not provide on-demand or same-day pickup. Bookings are scheduled in advance and resources are committed upon confirmation.
5-minute grace period. Your driver will wait up to 5 minutes from your scheduled pickup time at no additional charge. After 5 minutes, waiting time is billed at the posted tariff rate.
Service refusal. Failure to comply with vehicle policies — including no alcohol, no disruptive conduct — may result in service refusal without refund.
Companion services are non-medical. Companion Aid rides provide personal care support only. Companions are not licensed medical professionals.
Chargebacks will be disputed. Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested using documented booking records, agreement acceptance, and service records.

This transaction is governed by the Terms of Use of M.E.R.C.Y INT LLC. By completing this service, the customer agrees to all applicable charges, including wait time, additional stops, and post-trip adjustments.
